Scope and Contents
These books, arranged in lettered classes or cases, became the star classes by mid 18th century, when an asterisk was added to their class marks, after the arrival of the Royal Library. Include explanatory notes by 'DH' [? Rev. D. Hall], late 19th century, and J.C.T. Oates, 1982, tipped in at front.
