Notes made by Guillemard for his history of Ferdinand Magellan of 1890. The volume is divided into alphabetical sections and includes many loose sheets, including 'Seneca and the Discovery of America' by Edward G. Bourne, reprinted, with an additional note, from 'The Academy' (London) of 11 February 1893. The notes are undated.
