Scope and Contents
Comprising two copybooks with notes on the principles of political economy and Maine's 'Ancient Law'. Together with a draft essay or speech on Napoleonic Europe, manuscript of a speech made in the Town Hall Birmingham at the meeting of the Catholic Union (Jan. 1861), Dublin Hospitals Commission report (Apr. 1887) and a draft, possibly of a speech, on the new Irish Land Bill (May 1881).
