Includes: Latin translation of introductory chapter to Abulfedas' Geography, with marginal notes on the 17th tale of the same; bibliographical notes on Arabic literature, chiefly re works edited by W. Jones; bibliographical notes on Arab historians; summaries of Arabic and Chaldee grammars; misc. notes. Notes probably compiled while a student at Halle. Some form basis of Hupfeld's Exercitationes Aethiopicae, Leipzig, 1825.
