Poetry and Prose Transcriptions, circa 1960s-1978
Scope and Contents
Contains primarily transcriptions of both Riley’s own poetry and prose and that of other authors.
The loose sheets of notes were originally contained in a series of ring binders with no descriptive annotations on the cover to indicate contents or provenance. As a conservation measure, the notes have been removed from the ring binders and placed in corresponding folders.

Conditions Governing Access
The collection contains personal correspondence. The provisions of the Data Protection Act (1998) apply. Access to documents may be restricted if they contain information exempted from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, 2000. Some correspondence files are closed for specified periods for reasons of confidentiality.
