1. Edward Browne of Haddenham, husbandman, is bound to answer Richard Cooke in a plea of vi et armis. Thomas Phipers of Haddenham, husbandman, acts as surety.
2. Christopher Townson of Stretham, husbandman, is bound to answer John Buck in a plea of debt. Thomas Malyn of Stretham, husbandman, and John Dymock of Stretham, husbandman, act as surety.
3. Robert Wytton of Walsoken, Norfolk, husbandman, is bound to answer Edward Smyth in a plea of trespass on the case. Thomas Tego of Leverington, husbandman, acts as surety.
4. William Pratt of Sutton, butcher, is bound to answer Adam Robinson in a plea of trespass on the case. Robert Willyams of Sutton, husbandman, and William Storye of Wentworth, husbandman, act as surety.

6. John Brightman junior of Sutton, Lincolnshire, yeoman, is bound to answer Thomas Martyn in a plea of replevin [recovery]. Thomas Tego of Leverington, [occupation not stated], and Thomas Brownde of Leverington, [occupation not stated], acts as surety.
7. William Pulvertoft of Wisbech, gentleman, is bound to answer Richard Brooke, gentleman, in a plea of trespass on the case. Thomas Hewer of Emneth, Norfolk, esquire, acts as surety.

William Barthorpe of Downham, husbandman, answered Richard Atkynson of Downham, husbandman, in a plea of trespass on the case relating to an agreement with Atkynson and Edmund Slowe of Ely, yeoman, pertaining to a customary messuage and ten acres of customary land in Downham. To proceed to jury trial.
9. Isabella Dodd of Leverington, widow, answered Andrew Herdeman in a plea of trespass on the case that on 18 June 1575 at Leverington she slandered Herdeman by accusing him of being a false thief who stole a pitchfork for her chamber. To proceed to jury trial.

Thomas Yearwell of Orton Longueville, Huntingdonshire, answered Richard Balder and Henry Acre in a plea of trespass on the case relating to a debt of 11 pounds between Agnes Harrys, late wife of Thomas Yearwell, and John Wilkyn deceased, on 12 June 1571 at Tydd St Giles. To proceed to jury trial.
11. Edward Browne of Haddenham, husbandman, answered Richard Cooke in a plea of trespass and ejection that on 10 Mar. 1575 he forcibly ejected Richard Cooke from 12 acres of land in Haddenham, 10 acres lying in a field called [nyneteene furlong] and 2 acres lying in the middle field, which Richard Cobb had leased to Cooke for a term which had not yet expired. To proceed to jury trial.

15. Ralph Graye of Whittlesey, gentleman, answered John Peppes of Cottenham in a plea of non-payment of 100 marks according to a bond of obligation of 15 Mar. 1575 at Whittlesey. To proceed to jury trial.
16. William Hodshyn, alias Hodson, yeoman, answered Edward Kene in a plea of trespass and ejection that on 14 Oct. 1573 he forcibly ejected Kene from a messuage, 30 acres of land, 20 acres of meadow and 50 acres of pasture with appurtenances in Wisbech and Leverington which Lawrence Sutton, gentleman, leased to Kene for a term which had not yet expired. 17. John Osteler of Haddenham, yeoman, brought information before the Crown. He appeared before John Goldwell esquire, Justice of the Peace, with intelligence and information relating to a payment of 10 pounds from Seth Metcalf of Wisbech, yeoman, on 18 July 1574, to William Hobson. To proceed to the next session.
18. William Gill of Witcham, alias of Coveney, husbandman, answered John Chrystian, cleric, in a plea of non-payment of 30 pounds relating to a bond of obligation of 15 Nov. 1571 at Ely. The bond of obligation is recited. There is dispute over receipt of the 20 ewes as stipulated in the obligation. To proceed to the next session.

19. Thomas Hatcher and Catherine, his wife, and William Fenn and Anna, his wife, by their attorney bring a suit towards William Day relating to a messuage with appurtenances in Wisbech which Thomas Reade, the father of Catherine and Anna, leased or owned. Day says the plea is insufficient in law. To proceed to the next session.

20. William Gooday of Haddenham, husbandman, George Veysey of Haddenham, [occupation not stated], William Maye of Haddenham, labourer, and William Gunton of Wentworth, husbandman, answered Cuthbert Browne, in a plea of trespass that on 24 May 1574 they broke and entered his close and house at Haddenham, called a lodge, and took and carried away locks with keys, planks, joists, timber and roofing. Pled not guilty; to proceed to jury trial.
