Scale 16 miles to one inch. Third edition. With cover. map "Reprinted with minor corrections April 1956." Typesetting of title page is not the same as in the copy in Cambridge University Library Map Department collections at Maps.33.95.41-42 which is, premably, the original 1956 issue and which also lacks the cover.
