Scope and Contents

Period map file. The file contains the two specimen sheets (printed on 1 sheet of paper) which seem to show examples of different types of archaeological feature, all of which are given a number on the map and in the margin. The other 3 bits of paper in the file relate to the printing of copies of these specimen sheets and look as if they may have sat beside / been used with the negative which would
have been used for printing (R.1282/1).
