Formed from duplicates in Military Survey collection of fabric maps, with abbreviated provenance notes by Ian Mumford (with expansions here in square brackets): 'Flat Fabric Maps from B.A.B. [Barbara Bond] (spares from her [1990s] check [of Military Survey holdings]).' 'Folded [fabric maps, spares from the same check] see box file [now IM_L135_2].' 'Plus [maps] purchased [by Ian Mumford] before or since.' 'Plus off[icial] non-paper maps used for [Ian Mumford's presentation at] Ephemera G[rou]p meeting 10/97.' 'Plus first peel of residual stock in [Military Survey] 2 Repmat [Section] after shunt from [Tolworth Spur] 4/02 from which 2 copies each with backing paper [were sent] to G&M Div [Library of Congress Geography & Map Division] Oct 2002.' 'Where did last residue go on move to [DGC] Feltham Jan/Feb 03'?.
