Specimen volumes containing copies of outgoing letters sent by the Department's clerks, dealing with routine matters such as supplying literature, acknowledgement of contributions etc. Four volumes (nos 43, 44, 46, 51) were left behind in the Bible House in 1985 and were retrieved by one of the new owners and returned to the archives in 2008.
