The minutes deal with the investment of the Society's money, the payment of its bills, specific requests for expenditure, and staff pay. By the late 19th century the minutes also cover the annual estimates and expenditure of the foreign agencies. In 1903 this work was transferred to a new Estimates SC (C6), but it reverted to the Finance SC in 1939.
