Scope and Contents

191 x 140 mm. A view looking down on the town centre, showing the grid pattern of its plan, with small domestic dwellings scattered on the hillsides outside the centre. The plan for Dunedin was drawn up by Charles Kettle, a veteran explorer of New Zealand, who arrived at Otago in 1846.
