Nassau from Fort Fincastle, 1890 - 1895
Scope and Contents
226 x 174 mm. A view looking seawards from the ramparts of Fort Fincastle which overlooks the town from Bennet’s Hill and was built around 1793. In the foreground stands a native shepherd with his flock, while in the middle ground in the centre of the picture stands the Victoria Hotel.
