This series begins with the minutes of the University Property Syndicate, 1857-81, whose functions were assumed by the Financial Board at its creation. It also includes papers tabled at meetings, though there are gaps 1986-99. For a complete series of papers 1959-64, 1969-2015 see Min.II.C. From December 1999, minutes and papers ceased to be glued into large unwieldy volumes as had traditionally been the case and were instead stored in lever arch files. The lever arch files continued to be called 'minute books'.
