268 x 210 mm. View looking along the Bund at Hankow, with the Yangtze on the right and European commercial premises lining the street on the left. Situated some 420 miles west of Shanghai, Hankow was one of the first inland cities in China to be opened to foreign trade by the Treaty of Tientsin in 1858.
