A 16mm open-reel film. This item likely holds the footage for the puppet film, The Milkman: A Satire on Capitalism, which was made by Roger Law, English literature professor Will Baker, and students at the American liberal arts institution, Reed College, Oregon, in 1968.

The reel comes in its original cardboard box. There is a post-it note stuck on the box, which bears the address of Will and Melinda Baker, based in Marin County, San Francisco. The box is also annotated in pen, 'Baker's puppet movie,' and 'Jimmie Neidhardt Documentary.' The reel itself also has a label on it, which has 'Spitting Image' in pen. However, it is unlikely the footage on the film pertains to that show.
