Scope and Contents

315 x 190 mm. View from a similar location to the preceding print, but showing more of the eastern part of the town. The whole of the Esplanade is visible, with Queen's Hotel at the west end of the Temple of the Tooth at the east. The Buddhist Library is the white building jutting out into the lake at the extreme right. The tower of St Paul's Church can be seen in the centre of the print. No. 2086 scratched out on negative.
