Scope and Contents

245 x 160 mm. H.D. Hake, Director, is near the centre in a long dark overcoat and light hat. Charles Maclean is the fourth to his right (identifications by Lord Maclean). The central figure is probably Douglas Hacking (later 1st Baron Hacking), Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Dominion Affairs.
