A principal street in Hong Kong [Pedder Street], undated, [?1930s]
Scope and Contents
A copy of a half-tone photograph showing Pedder Street. On the right is the Hongkong Hotel, further down is Hotel Mansions / Union Building, and beyond that is Connaught Road and the harbour. The last building on the left with the tower is Jardine House. The image is undated but might be from the 1930s due to the absence of sedan chairs and rickshaws, and the types of cars present (source for the identification of buildings and date: Klaus Liphard, contributor to Gwulo: Old Hong Kong).
