Scope and Contents
24 x 150 mm. A view looking down on an unidentified street in Kingstown towards the sea. An official ceremony, the exact nature of which is unknown, is taking place: a group of islanders are watching various colonial officials and a guard of sailors at the side entrance of one of the buildings.
