268 x 209mm. View looking westwards over the central part of Kandy. In the left foreground is the Temple of the Tooth (see Y3022G/6) with the Esplanade and the north end of the lake beyond. At the right can be seen the tower of St Paul's Church with Colombo Street beyond and the military quarters on the hill in the background.
