270 x 207 mm. View looking along the Saigon River, with ships at their moorings. The view probably looks along the river from the offices of the Direction du Port de Commerce on the Quai du Commerce, with the Arroyo Chinois branching off to the right and the offices of the Messageries Maritimes beyond.
