Lecture Slides, c 1970s-c 2010s
Scope and Contents
A large file containing an assortment of 35mm photographic slides, and transparencies, which were used by Roger Law when delivering public lectures, between the 1980s and the 2010s. The material present corresponds to two areas of interest that Law lectured extensively upon: ceramic ware, and satire. The slides and transparencies relating to satire predominantly feature imagery from the French satirical magazine, L'Assiette au Beurre, which was one of Law's early influences.
Also present is a bundle of photographs and paper photocopies that feature images taken from issues of L'Assiette au Beurre.
