Instruments mentioned include, for example: the Carnegie Tube Spectrograph, People's Photometer, EM1 Tube, Speckle Interferometer, H. B. Spectropolarimeter, Holographic Grating, Brookdeal Photon counting system, Wallis Spectrometer and the Culham Rocket Echelle Spectrograph for Terrestrial Astronomy (CRESTA).
