Correspondence on the provision of suitable aerials for the reception of radio time signals at Abinger, 1942 - 1952
Scope and Contents
The aerials were sited at some distance from the Time Department buildings, but the two sites were in a heavily wooded area of Leith Hill which was seen as a nature reserve by local residents who resented the erection of the Time Department aerials.
