Scope and Contents
Extracts and notes on inheritance law, insolvency, the royal prerogative, the power of the governor, the Vice-Admiralty Court, and the army officer and revolutionary, Edward Marcus Despard, who served as superintendent of Honduras, 1786-1790. There is also a report on the case of Rev. Matthew Newport vs. John Gough, public treasurer of British Honduras, printed in the ‘Honduras watchman’.
