San Francisco International Film Festival Awards Statues, c 1987
Scope and Contents
A box holding two glass Golden Gate Awards statues of varying sizes, awarded by the San Francisco International Film Festival. The smaller of the two statues is for the 'Network Entertainment: Special Jury Award,' presented to David Paradine TV Inc., Spitting Image Productions Limited and the National Broadcasting Company (NBC) for the Spitting Image American special episode, Down and Out in the White House. The engraved plate for the larger statue is missing, therefore, its purpose is unknown.
