A file containing two awards certificates presented to Spitting Image Productions Limited, by Art Director's [sic] Club Deutschland [now Art Directors Club für Deutschland. These certificates appear to relate to two television commercials produced by SIPL for the German magazine, Der Spiegel. One certificate is for an unspecified award, and concerns a commercial titled Hitting. The other certificate is for a Silbermedaille [silver medal] award, and relates to a commercial titled Bla Bla.

Both certificates are unframed, large and black in colour. The unspecified award has white lettering, while the other certificate has silver lettering. This latter certificate also has a metal medallion attached to it.

According to the certificates, SIPL was hired by the advertising firm, Springer & Jacoby, on behalf of Spiegel-Verlag Rudolf Augstein; the latter being the publisher of the magazine.
