Non-correspondence material includes, but is not limited to: memoranda, minutes for board meetings, draft legal agreements, and press releases.

Topics covered in letters, faxes and documentation include, but are not limited to: the agreement between SIPL, David Paradine Television, Inc., and the American television network, NBC, over the production of Spitting Image American special episodes; Luck & Flaw's/SIPL's involvement in exhibitions; the general operations of the company; proposed television projects and other ventures; John Banks resignation as company secretary and re-appointment as chairman; the issue over Tony Hendra's shares in Tooth'n'Claw Limited and how to buy him out; and William Sargent's takeover of SIPL in January 1990. There are also a couple of letters relating to Channel 4's concerns over some of the content found in episodes of the SIPL television production, Crapston Villas.
