Volume of printed 'Forms No. 261' with handwritten entries for photographic plates nos 10316-10854, made with the 13-inch Astrographic Equatorial. Numbered '12' on the spine.

Column headings are: no. of photo, date, observer, position of telescope, orient. screw and focus readings, R.A., Dec. North, Micrometer scale readings (R.A. and Dec.), clock times of exposures (begin, end, duration), barometer (external and internal therm.), plate and development, field of object, remarks, and signature. Photographs registered include Eros, an eclipse of the Moon, Nova in Gemini, Nova Hercules (1934), Hebe, Pluto, Nova Lacertae, 14 Cephei, Comet Peltier, a double star, and eclipse field (1940).
