Scope and Contents
A visifile holding original artwork relating to a proposed puppet television series based upon Jonathan Swift's novel, Gulliver's Travels, which would have been produced by Spitting Image Productions Limited. There is a pencil drawing of the flying city, Laputa, and a watercolour painting that depicts a number of characters sat at a dinner table; both of these artworks were used in the proposal booklet produced for this potential series (SI/983 (a and b)). Also present are two storyboards that have images drawn in pen (SI/2046). All the artwork has been done by Spitting Image Workshop artist, David Stoten.
