Costume Stencils, c 1980, c 1984-c 1996
Scope and Contents
An assortment of costume stencils used to produce clothing for puppets, mainly for the British satirical television series, Spitting Image. There are also stencils relating to other work undertaken by Spitting Image Productions Limited. Stencils are either made out of paper or cotton.

Arrangement
These stencils originally came in two plastic boxes, one of which was quite large. They have subsequently been repackaged and placed into the seven boxes found in this section.
Child records are in no particular order, due to it being unclear when the majority of these stencils were produced. An exception to this is the Treasure Island-related stencil, which has been placed at the beginning.
