Biographical / Historical
Malcolm Bond Shelley joined the Malayan Civil Service in 1902. His appointments included acting Colonial Secretary, Straits Settlements; British Resident, Perak; and acting Chief Secretary to the Government Federated Malay States. He retired in 1935.
