Biographical / Historical
In December 1957 the 40th Anniversary of the capture of Jerusalem was commemorated by a R.C.S. library exhibition, suggested by Sir Archer Cust, then Secretary-General of the Society. This attracted considerable interest from veterans of the campaign, and several items were presented to the R.C.S. as a consequence.
