Biographical / Historical
Mr H.L. Jenkins travelled from Makoom to Lake Nonyang, 15-26 December 1868, and across the Patkoi Range from Assam to the Hookoony Valley, December 1869. He was a member of the Indian Civil Service and, from 1872, a Life Fellow of the Royal Colonial Institute.
