Scope and Contents

Colour certificates, 7¾" x 5", certifying that Sidney Ward had helped send comfort to the soldiers and sailors of the Empire. The first two certificates are identical; the last two have different designs.

The Overseas Club was established 'to promote the unity of British Subjects the world over'. Its patron was His Majesty The King. Sidney Ward's background is not known.
