For the period 1969-72, this series comprises the minutes and papers of the Faculty Board and its committees, and dissertation reports, alongside papers on all aspects of teaching, learning and research. Each paper was given a running number after the prefix 'FE'. In 1972, a new system of classification for Faculty paperwork was introduced so that, thereafter, the papers of each committee were separately filed and referenced. From 1972 therefore, the series is narrower in coverage, comprising Faculty meeting minutes and papers on classes and lectures, reading lists, examinations, regulations, and Tripos content and review.
