Scope and Contents

Half-plate (landscape format). Bridge crossing Allans Creek just in front of old Fort Anne. 3101, 3102, 3103 join together, thus overlapping a little. Annapolis Royal Bridge crossing Allans Creek just in front of Fort Anne. Long Island is now joined to the mainland through the dykes made by the early French settlers. Bay of Fundy behind the mountains - North Mountain - Fort Anne. In the foreground is partly dykeland and partly land overflowed at high tides : the right hand section shows view across the French Basin (Granville in background) where the French warships used to lie.
