Newfoundland: Bell Island (Mines) and Portugal Cove; Grand Falls: paper mills, Humber River and Great Rabbit Lake. Canada (general): Esquimaux dog at North Sydney; Truro; Fredericton; train journey west: Hosmer, Fernie, Moyie; Lake Kootenay, B.C.; Nelson: mining and agriculture; Osyoos Lake and Fairview; Basseaux and Okanangan Lakes: Kelowna and Vernon; Vancouver: Stanley Park; Victoria.
