(1) 'The proceedings which happened between Lady Frances Howard & Robert Earl of Essex' (see also MS Dd.06.08 no. 2), with an address to Sir Thomas Bromley, dated 8 May 1626 and signed 'Jo: [...]ood'; 'The great oyer of poysoning' appears on the flyleaf; (2) 'The proceedings against Richard Weston and others for the murder of Sir Thos. Overbury'.
