The book referred to (first printed in 1592) was entitled 'Elizabethæ Angliæ Reginæ hæresim Calvinianam propugnantis sævissimum in Catholicos sui regni edictum' etc. 29 Novembris, 1591; and was attributed to Robert Parsons the Jesuit.

It was attributed to Robert Parsons, and printed in 1592; Watt says in 1581, but this must be an error.
