Scope and Contents
'A Discourse or Relation of the aunciente and moderne estate of the Principalitye of Wales, Dutchye of Cornewalle, and Earldom Of Chester.' 'A copie of the originall.' This is the work of Sir John Doderidge, one of the judges of the King's Bench (who died in 1628). On ff. 42–44 are notes of grants to the Prince of Wales, and Acts of Parliament relating to the Duchy of Cornwall, from 11 Edw. III. to 32 Hen. VIII. Between ff. 5 and 6 a leaf is inserted containing notes of grants of manors in Cornwall by Rich. II. and Hen. VI.
