Scope and Contents
150 x 202 mm. The Hon Victor I. Masi, the Minister of Finance for Nigeria, addresses the Commonwealth Finance Ministers’ Meeting during the opening session at Marlborough House, London. On the right is Sir Geoffrey Howe, Britain’s Chancellor of the Exchequer, who, as representative of the host nation, was elected chairman for the annual meeting.
