155 x 193 mm. Alhaji Abdulmaliki, Commissioner for Nigeria in the United Kingdom, addresses delegates to the “Teachers for the Commonwealth” conference when it met in Church House, Westminster. Extreme left in the picture is H.E. Mrs.Vijaya Lakshmi Pandit, Indian High Commissioner in the United Kingdom, and on the right are the Right Hon. the Earl of Perth, Minister of State for Colonial Affairs, and Mr. N.
