These are almost all photographs or plate glass negatives of clouds or buildings taken with Hill's fish-eye camera. Some photographs were found in Hill's envelopes, sometimes with a title and occasionally a date inscribed thereon. Where present these have been reproduced in the catalogue entries. Most of the individual photographs are undated and unidentified. Not all the photographs are fish-eye photographs, some were produced from sections of the fish-eye photographs 'corrected' to produce a normal image. With one exception (C.67) the photographs are monochrome.
