115 x 205 mm. Senator W.J. Alexander, Minister without Portfolio and Special Adviser to the Premier, Mr Said Mohamed, Minister for Local Government and Community Development, and Senator G. Richards, Attorney General, await the opening of the Trinidad and Tobago Independence Conference in Marlborough House, London. It was opened by the Secretary of State for the Colonies, Mr Reginald Maudling.
