Dr Kennedy A Simmonds (left), Premier (and Minister of Home Affairs, External Affairs, Industry and Development), head of the St Kitts-Nevis Government delegation to the St Christopher and Nevis Constitutional Conference at Lancaster House, London, is seen with Mr Cranley Onslow, the British Minister of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, who chaired the Conference, and The Hon Simeon Daniel, Minister of Finance and Nevis Affairs, before the opening session which took place in the Music Room.
