The parties are: 1) Thomas Kynge of Bury St Edmunds, mercer, Thomas Clerk, gentleman, John Jordon, fuller, Roger Blomefeld, barber 2) Thomas Prowe senior of the same place, glover, Thomas Prowe, junior, Thomas Davy, stationer, John Howeton, brazier, Nicholas Perivale, William Legat, tiler. The property lies between the messuage of the late Simon Spycer, now of John Hunter, and the tenement of John Gy, formerly of John Derman, on the west and the messuage of Sir William Carewe and that of John Smyth, formerly held by James Ede, and that of the said JE, formerly held by Robert Hynon, and that of Robert Pulham and the garden of Roger Lyenge on the east. It abuts the garden of Roger Lyenge to the north and Westgate Street to the south. Witnesses:- Sir Robert Drury and William Helperby, bailiffs, John Eye, Robert Selong, James Ede, Thomas Medewe, Simon Wareyn.
