Scope and Contents
Reports of cases in the king's bench, common bench, and court of wards, between Michaelmas term 13 and 14, and Trinity term, 30 Eliz. I. The volume also contains, at the beginning, one case of the 7th and one in the 10 and 11 Eliz. I. On f. 285 is 'A coppie of an exemplification of an act of parliament, 50 Edw. III, exemplified anno 13 Eliz. and 29o die Novemb. touchinge the charters of the tinners in Devon'. At the end a slip is pasted in, numbered 444, containing the case 'Gresham et Digby'. Written in more than one hand.
