The parties are: 1) Richard Borles of Bury St Edmunds, gentleman, Thomas Cranelwys, clerk, and Thomas Bullessone, gentleman 2) Nicholas Heynes of the same place, labourer, Thomas Parmentier, Yeoman and Robert Totay, shoemaker. The property lies between the messuage of Simon Spicer, weaver, and the tenement of John Derman on the west, and another messuage of SS and that of Thomas Garnet and the garden, lately of George Fuller, on the east. It abuts the garden of Nicholas Wetham at the north end and Westgate Street at the south end. Witnesses: John Redgis, alderman, Thomas Heigham and John Bukke, bailiffs, John Derman, Simon Spycer, Thomas Waryn, John Palmer Smyth, Simon Waryn, Thomas Garnet, John Alfred. Bears three seals.
